To study successful national and international educational practices, as well as discuss possible ways to implement these practices in Algeria.
Scientific supervision of international and national conferences.
To determine expected educational aims and outcomes of programs, seminars and scientific conferences.
To set special standards of improving programs relating to training and administrative techniques.
To do translation of leading studies about improving educational performance.
